Approach Consulting are on the lookout for a 2-6+PQE property lawyer with drive, commercial nous and a desire to grow their career within a respected, and supportive environment. Our client is a high-performing, punchy firm with a fantastic reputation from both clients and employees alike.

The role.By joining this team, you'll have a direct impact and oversight of the residential conveyancing practice, working closely with the Partners and other senior lawyers.

You'll have a number of direct reports, from experienced lawyers, conveyancers and conveyancing clerks. This role is well resourced to deliver 30-50 conveyances a month.

About You.

- 2-6+ years PQE in property or real estate law (mid-tier or top-tier experience desirable)
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail across ACT/NSW residential property matters, including commercial leasing
- Established referral base (ideal, not essential)
- Experience managing high-volume work loads, with team management experience
- A collaborative approach and client-first mindset
- Ambition to deepen your expertise and grow within a high-performing team
