About the role
Working alongside an established Property Management team, you'll provide hands-on support across a growing residential portfolio in a casual position with opportunity for growth.
Key responsibilities
- Routine and entry condition inspections and exits
- Property viewings and leasing
- Tenant and landlord communication
- Maintenance coordination
- Arrears and general Property Management administration
- Supporting the team with day-to-day portfolio management
- Providing additional support as the business and portfolio continue to grow
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running,
is comfortable working independently and can become a trusted and valued member of our team.
About you
- Experienced in residential Property Management
- Confident and knowledgeable in Queensland tenancy legislation and compliance
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A clear and personable communicator
- Calm, practical and solutions-focused
- Reliable, consistent and professional
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a close-knit team
- Licensed or holding a current Queensland Certificate of Registration
