We're looking for an experienced Property Management professional to join Fletchers in a permanent, full-time Portfolio Relief & Support role. About the Role

Working across our Blackburn, Canterbury, Balwyn North and Doncaster East offices, you'll play an important role in keeping our Property Management teams running smoothly. Your primary focus will be providing relief for our Property Managers during periods of leave or absence. When Property Management coverage isn't required, you'll step in to support our Inspection Consultants, giving you the opportunity to enjoy two different aspects of Property Management while focusing on one role at a time.

Depending on the team's needs, you'll:

- Step in to manage Property Management portfolios during staff leave and absences.
- Provide relief for our Inspection Consultants, conducting routine inspections, condition reports and open homes.
- Assist with additional Property Management tasks during busy periods.
- Work closely with our established teams to ensure a seamless experience for rental providers and renters.

With our specialised team structure, you'll have the support of dedicated colleagues across Property Management, Inspections, Compliance, Trust Accounting and Administration.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and confident stepping into different roles and portfolios. Ideally, you'll bring:
- A minimum of two years' experience in residential Property Management.
- A sound understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently while following established processes.
- A current Victorian Agent's Representative qualification and valid driver's licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
