Do you have a passion for interiors, a natural eye for styling, and the ability to transform a house into a beautifully presented home?

The Inspired Space Albury is looking for a motivated, creative and hands-on Property Stylist to join our growing team!

We specialise in premium property styling across Albury, Wodonga and the surrounding Border Region, helping homeowners and real estate agents present properties at their absolute best for sale.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to create beautiful spaces, has an eye for colour, proportion and detail, and enjoys working in a quick-paced, physically active and rewarding environment.

Experience in property styling or interior design is highly regarded, but we’re also interested in someone with a natural talent for interiors, a strong sense of contemporary style and a willingness to learn.

ABOUT THE ROLE

No two properties are the same! You’ll be involved in transforming vacant and occupied homes using our curated collection of furniture, artwork, accessories and décor.

Your responsibilities will include

- Styling homes for sale to create cohesive, inviting and market-ready spaces.
- Selecting and arranging furniture, artwork and accessories to complement each property.
- Furniture placement, room layout and attention to finishing details.
- Loading, unloading and moving small furniture and styling items.
- Working independently on styling projects and collaboratively with our installation team.
- Maintaining the presentation, organisation and condition of our furniture and décor.
- Working efficiently to meet installation schedules and client deadlines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have:

- A natural eye for interiors — an understanding of colour, balance, scale, texture and spatial arrangement.
- Styling experience or demonstrated creative ability — experience in property styling, interior design, visual merchandising, furniture styling or a related field is an advantage.

- Physical fitness — this is a hands-on role involving lifting, carrying, moving and positioning furniture and décor.
- Initiative and independence — the confidence to work unsupervised, make styling decisions and manage tasks efficiently.
- Teamwork skills — a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with our stylists and logistics team.
- Strong attention to detail — the ability to create polished, cohesive spaces that photograph beautifully.
- Reliability and flexibility — a practical, can-do attitude and the ability to work to deadlines.
- A current driver's licence

SHOW US YOUR STYLE! We’d love to see examples of your creativity and eye for interiors.

When applying, please include one or more of the following:

- Photos of rooms or properties you have styled.
- A portfolio of interior design, decorating or visual merchandising work.
- Interior photography showcasing your understanding of composition, lighting and presentation.
- Photos of your own home or personal styling projects that demonstrate your natural eye for interiors.

Formal qualifications are welcome but not essential for the right candidate. We’re interested in your creativity, practical skills, attitude and potential.

THE POSITION

- Employment type: Casual with opportunity to move into full time.
- Hours: Approximately 20–38 hours per week, depending on the right candidate. 7.30am Start. 3.30pm finish.
- Location: Albury-Wodonga and surrounding areas
- Start date: ASAP or Negotiable for the right candidate.

You’ll be joining a supportive, experienced team in a growing business where quality, creativity and attention to detail matter. If you love interiors, enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of creating beautiful homes that make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
