Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Austral Hinchinbrook

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Hinchinbrook. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Day to day

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Pay

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week




- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check. To apply, submit your CV. Questions about the role are welcome.
