Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Oran Park

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Oran Park. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Your responsibilities

Attend mentoring and team workshops. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Help interested people understand what the training involves. Work within our coaching and administration processes.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top.



Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
