Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Panania. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
Your availability
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
Your responsibilities
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Support
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role. Qualifications A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Pay
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
