Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Angus

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Angus, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Your availability You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings.



This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Day to day

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
