Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Ashbury

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Ashbury, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Qualifications A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)




- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What the role involves

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
