Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Telopea

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Telopea. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What the role involves
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.





What we provide

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Qualifications A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
