PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Hurstville

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Hurstville who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- What you will do
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Support

No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
