They're now looking for a Supervisor / Manager to help lead the next chapter of the business.About the roleThis is a senior position for an accountant who enjoys both technical work and developing people. You'll manage a portfolio of clients while leading, mentoring and supporting a small team. You will:Lead, coach and develop a team of accountants, and work closely with the firm's offshore team to keep work flowing and quality highAllocate, review and sign off work prepared by the offshore team, giving clear feedback and helping lift their capabilityManage a portfolio of clients across trades, medical, agriculture, hospitality and retail, as their primary point of contactOversee BAS, IAS, FBT and payroll tax compliance, and the team's lodgement workflowManage WIP,



budgets and billing across your portfolio and teamProvide proactive tax planning and advisory support, and handle complex queries escalated by the teamWork closely with the directors on client strategy and practice improvementWhat's on offerTrue remote flexibility: work from home, with an office visit to the firm's regional Victorian office just once a fortnight.
