The Constructive Collective is seeking an experienced civil drafter in Sydney to contribute from day one on subdivision and brownfield projects. You will produce accurate drafting deliverables, work from design inputs to develop plans and supporting documentation, and coordinate with engineers, designers, and other drafters.

Enjoy genuine autonomy with senior support and a busy project pipeline. This is a Sydney-based team of 50+ staff with a robust project pipeline and opportunities to own
