Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Westmead

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Westmead who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Day to day

- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

To be considered

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Rent and support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay structure





You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
