Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Moe Trafalgar

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Trafalgar. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What the role involves

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What you will need Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay rates





This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
