Janev Building & Painting Agency Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable, qualified carpenter for maintenance & upgrade works on Homes Victoria properties across Melbourne.

Initially a subcontract role, with potential to move into full time employment in the future by mutual agreement.

About the work

- General carpentry maintenance & repairs.
- Installation & replacement of doors, windows & associated hardware.

Framing repairs, skirting, architraves & fix-out carpentry.
- Property refurbishment & upgrade works.

What you'll need

- Relevant Experience
- Ability to assess repairs, solve problems & work independently
- Current ABN
- Own tools, reliable & current drivers licence.
- White Card
- Professional approach & respect for tenants & their homes.

Subcontract rates negotiated based on experience & demonstrated skills, with scope for review based on performance.
