This is an exciting chance to join Menarock LIFE as a Quality and Compliance Officer. In this full time role, you will work closely with onsite leadership teams and senior management to drive quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and best practice clinical governance across our Victorian, NSW and Tasmanian homes.
What you'll be doing
1. Monitoring and reporting on quality and compliance across Menarock LIFE's aged care facilities
2. Conducting onsite and desktop audits, reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement
3. Developing and implementing quality improvement plans
4. Providing training and support to staff on quality and compliance requirements
5. Liaising with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance
6. Maintaining detailed records and preparing comprehensive reports
What we're looking for
1. Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
2. Substantial experience in an aged care quality and compliance role
3. In-depth knowledge of the strengthened aged care quality standards and regulatory requirements
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
6. Proficient in using quality management software and reporting tools
