The Role

- Coordinate property marketing campaigns, including photography, floor plans, copy and online listings
- Manage listings across portals, social media and the agency website
- Prepare marketing materials, signboards, brochures and campaign reports
- Provide administrative support across sales,



property management and the wider team
- Maintain the CRM, databases and office systems
- Assist with residential, commercial and project marketing as the business grows

What You Bring

- Some real estate experience across administration, property management or sales (essential)
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A creative eye and an interest in property marketing
- A proactive, team focused attitude
