About Our Role

With continued growth and increasing activity across the business, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Corporate Recruitment team based in Osborne Park.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse and fast-paced White Collar recruitment portfolio, managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate, professional and technical disciplines.

This is a hands-on internal recruitment role requiring someone who is confident managing competing priorities, partnering with senior stakeholders and proactively identifying talent to support both current operations and future business requirements.

Your Focus in This Role

- Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment activities,



incorporating both business-as-usual (BAU) recruitment and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of required employee documentation.
- Provide recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers on policies, procedures and best practices to support effective hiring decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support operational and corporate recruitment requirements.
- Proactively identify and engage talent to build sustainable candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding activities comply with relevant legislation, company policies and Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end white-collar recruitment across corporate, qualified and technical disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an internal recruitment role, with demonstrated responsibility for managing a white-collar recruitment portfolio.
- Experience within the mining, civil or resources sectors will be highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management skills,



with the confidence to build relationships and influence hiring decisions at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Proactive sourcing capabilities, including direct candidate engagement, talent pipelining and strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Sound understanding of recruitment best practices, relevant employment legislation and compliance requirements.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and integrity when managing confidential information.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in recruitment systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
