We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to step into a high-profile, highly visible role for 12 months, covering a period of parental leave. You'll lead a team of three finance recruiters with a specfic remit: driving talent acquisition for the client's transformation agenda. That means hiring across the whole organisation, with a focus on Data, Business Analysis, Project Management and Digital talent, some of the most competitive and business-critical skill sets in the market.

This is a productive leadership role. You'll carry your own delivery alongside leading the team, and you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders who rely on you to shape hiring strategy, not just fill roles.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach and develop a team of three recruiters, setting clear priorities and maintaining strong delivery standards
- Own and deliver your own requisitions across Data, BA, PM and Digital, with a hands-on approach to sourcing, assessment and offer management
- Act as a strategic advisor to transformation leaders and hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, salary benchmarking and workforce planning
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, representing the RPO as a credible, consultative partner
- Partner closely with the finance recruitment team to ensure a joined-up approach to demand, pipeline and candidate experience
- Drive proactive talent pipelining and market mapping for hard-to-fill transformation roles
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health and hiring manager satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards, process governance and best practice
- Provide a seamless handover and return for the incumbent, leaving the team in great shape

About you

- Proven recruitment experience in a lead or senior capacity,



ideally within an RPO, agency or in-house corporate environment
- Strong track record recruiting Data, BA, PM and/or Digital talent, ideally in financial services or banking
- Confident people leader who can motivate and develop a small team while staying close to delivery
- Credible, consultative communicator who is comfortable advising and challenging senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of market intelligence, sourcing strategy and talent attraction
- Organised, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Experience with transformation or project-based hiring is highly regarded
