Performance Tyres & More is looking for a commercially driven Regional Manager to lead our established Nambour operation and help build and grow our Gympie location.

At Nambour, you’ll have an existing team, infrastructure and customer base—with capacity to do more. At Gympie, you’ll help shape a new operation, establish local relationships and build a strong-performing business from the ground up.

Together, they offer a chance to strengthen an established operation while playing a major part in our next stage of growth.

The opportunity

You’ll take responsibility for commercial and operational performance across both locations, supported by established supplier relationships and a wider automotive group with the resources to back commercially sound growth.

Your focus will be explicit: grow sales, develop strong teams and turn available capacity into profitable business.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be comfortable discussing performance with site leaders, following up a commercial opportunity and getting out to meet the next potential customer.

Where you’ll make your mark

- Grow the customer base across retail, trade, commercial and fleet markets

- Unlock Nambour’s potential by improving utilisation, productivity and sales performance

- Help establish and grow Gympie, building its customer base,



team capability and local presence

- Win new business through proactive outreach and relationships with local businesses, fleet operators and commercial customers

- Build teams that deliver, developing site leaders, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable

- Own the numbers, managing revenue, gross profit, budgets and operating results

- Convert more enquiries into bookings through stronger quoting, follow-up and customer service

- Keep operations running well, with effective stock management, purchasing and consistent standards

- Create opportunities across the group, working with our other automotive businesses on fleet relationships and cross-selling

What you’ll bring

You have a track record of growing sales, improving performance and bringing people with you.

Your background might be in tyres, automotive, mechanical, retail or another commercially focused industry. What matters is your ability to understand a business, recognise its potential and deliver results.

You’ll bring

- Strong people leadership and team development experience

- Proven success in sales growth and business improvement

- Commercial judgement and confidence working with budgets, margins and KPIs





- Experience winning new customers and developing B2B relationships
- The ability to turn business goals into clear priorities and action

- Confidence managing competing demands across multiple locations

- Initiative, accountability and reliable follow-through

Multi-site or regional management experience will be highly regarded.
