The Service & Validation Technician is responsible for servicing, repairing, installing, commissioning and validating Rhima equipment at customer sites.

Working closely with the Senior Service Technician, this role helps ensure equipment is operating reliably, customers receive excellent support, and validation requirements are completed accurately. The role is primarily field-based and involves travel to customer sites.

Key responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and operational faults.
- Install and commission current equipment.
- Conduct validation and performance testing.
- Complete service reports and compliance documentation.
- Provide professional technical support to customers.
- Maintain service vehicle, tools and testing equipment.




- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.

About you

- Trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline.
- Extensive field service and fault-finding experience.
- Strong technical diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service priorities.
- Commissioning experience (desirable).
- Validation experience in healthcare or regulated environments (desirable).
- Knowledge of commercial warewashing, healthcare decontamination or industrial washing systems (desirable).
- Experience supporting technician training and development (desirable).
