Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practice Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering high-quality patient care, managing chronic conditions, and supporting our healthcare team in a busy practice setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care, including assessments, vaccinations, and wound management.
- Support chronic disease management and preventative care initiatives.
- Conduct health screenings and assist with minor surgical procedures.
- Educate patients about health conditions and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Participate in practice quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.




- Previous experience in a practice or clinic setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Medical software, i.e. Best Practice, Medical Director.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality always.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
