Your main responsibility will be mixing and applying resin coatings to anti-slip products, working at benches, on racks and on the automated production line.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and mixing resin products according to instructions
- Applying coatings using rollers and assisting with the automated coating process
- Checking coating coverage and finish to maintain product quality
- Cleaning coating equipment and keeping your work area tidy
- Following production instructions and safe work procedures
- Assisting with general factory hand duties as required and within your training and capabilities
- Wearing correct personal protective equipment (PPE) while mixing and applying coatings, including protective clothing, gloves, eye protection,
suitable respiratory protection and safety footwear specified for the task, with hearing protection and other PPE worn as required

- Comfortable working in a busy production workplace
- Can safely perform practical factory duties, including standing for extended periods and repetitive coating tasks
- Previous experience in coating, resin application, manufacturing or factory work would be an advantage
