As a Restaurant Leader, you will:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for more than experience. We are looking for attitude, ambition, character and the courage to lead.

You will bring

· A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant full-time equivalent experience in restaurant management or leadership.

· A genuine passion for hospitality, people development and exceptional guest experiences.

· The ability to motivate, coach and bring out the best in others.

· Strong commercial, financial and operational management capabilities.

· Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

· A commitment to food safety, workplace health and safety, and operational standards.

· Resilience, adaptability and a willingness to learn, evolve and embrace change.

· A strong sense of ownership and the determination to turn opportunities into results.

Most importantly, you believe that outstanding leaders do not simply build successful businesses. They build people who can build successful businesses.

Base Salary: $71,000–$80,000 per annum, plus superannuation , depending on experience and capability.
