Based in Chippendale, Sydney, That Sales Company partners with Australian brands to grow their customer base through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns. Our team works across a range of campaigns, connecting with customers and helping businesses reach their goals. The Role
You'll represent established brands and engage directly with customers across a variety of campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include
- Introducing products and services to potential customers through face-to-face campaigns
- Identifying customer needs and communicating product benefits clearly
- Creating positive customer experiences and building professional relationships
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Representing brands at events, expos, B2B and B2C
- Applying feedback and training to improve your sales performance

What We're Looking For
Retail experience is valuable, but we're just as interested in your attitude and willingness to learn. You'll be suited to this role if you:
- Enjoy talking to people and providing good customer service
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Are motivated by goals and personal development
- Can take feedback and apply it to your work
- Are reliable and available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Are at least 18 years old and have full working rights in Australia
Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or other customer-facing rol150es is beneficial. Previous sales experience is not essential.
