STORE MANAGER — WEST BROTHERS

Location: Mirrabooka, Perth

Employment: Full-time, 38 hours per week

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Mirrabooka store. You’ll take ownership of sales performance, customer experience, team development and day-to-day operations while working closely with the owners.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced retail leader who enjoys being on the floor, understands the numbers and knows how to turn plans into results.

THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you will:

- Lead the team and take responsibility for the store’s sales and operational performance
- Set daily and weekly targets and track conversion, average sale value, units per transaction and other key results
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members
- Give regular feedback, manage performance and build a positive, accountable team culture
- Create rosters that provide strong floor coverage while managing wage costs
- Deliver personalised customer service and build relationships with returning customers
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and cleanliness
- Oversee deliveries, transfers, replenishment,



stocktakes and stockroom organisation
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage loss prevention
- Ensure opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily reporting are completed accurately
- Plan and execute promotions and new product launches
- Support a smooth customer experience across in-store and online orders
- Resolve customer concerns with care and sound judgement
- Use sales and stock reports to identify opportunities and improve results
- Work closely with the owners on store priorities as the business grows

ABOUT YOU

You have store management experience in a busy retail environment and a record of achieving sales targets while developing a strong team. You’re comfortable making decisions, setting clear expectations and taking responsibility for the details that keep a store running well.

You’ll work 38 hours per week on a versatile roster, including alternating Sundays. An interest in streetwear and sneakers will help you connect with our products, customers and team.

WHAT WE OFFER

- $80,000–$85,000 base salary plus superannuation, depending on experience
