What you'll be doing

· Delivering standout customer experiences — Set the tone for a welcoming, engaging environment and act fast on customer feedback.

· Driving the numbers — Own sales growth and profitability across your stores, spot opportunities for promotions and upsell, and keep stock tight and available.

· Raising the bar operationally — Champion best practice, flawless store presentation, and sharp visual merchandising, backed by regular walkthroughs, stocktakes and audits.

· Growing great people — Recruit, coach and mentor Store Managers and their teams, building a leadership pipeline that makes succession planning a breeze.

· Bringing the brand to life — Keep visual merchandising sharp and on-trend across every store, with seasonal and promotional changes landing on time, every time.

· Leading on safety — Build a genuine safety-first culture, with hands-on WHS audits, risk assessments and support for your teams when it matters most.

· Connecting the dots — Be the vital link between State Management and store teams, cascading priorities clearly and championing two-way feedback.





What success looks like

Like-for-like sales growth, tight cost control, glowing mystery shopper scores, engaged teams who stick around, and stores that are the picture of brand compliance (think Dayforce Learning, store walkthroughs/ WHS audits, and stock management all ticking along nicely).

What you bring

· Proven Area Manager experience (or you're a senior Multi-Site Manager ready to leap)

· Commercial smarts and a genuine track record of smashing sales and KPI targets

· A natural leader who builds and develops high-performing teams

· A sharp eye for visual merchandising and retail operations

· Comfort turning data into decisions

· Confident, adaptable communication across all levels

· Willingness to get out on the road — frequent travel between stores is part of the fun
