We are seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to join the team!

What you'll be doing?

- Quoting residential roofing jobs face to face — Meeting with clients on-site to provide accurate quotes across a range of roofing scopes, including tile-to-colorbond conversions, tiled restorations, tiled re-roofs, and guttering installations.
- Conducting leak detection services — Using your roofing expertise to identify and diagnose leaks, providing clients with clear and practical solutions.
- Managing a daily quoting schedule — Completing approximately five to six quotes per day, starting at 7:30am, with each quote typically taking 30 minutes to an hour.
- Returning to the office for follow-ups — Heading back to the office in the afternoons to complete follow-ups, bookwork, and administrative tasks, with additional training and support provided during the first six months.




- Representing the brand professionally — Acting as the face of the business on-site, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the company's values and reputation for quality and service.
- Achieving sales and service targets — Working towards sales targets and quotas, with a strong focus on genuine customer outcomes rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
- Managing quotes and customer information — Using technology and digital tools to accurately track and manage quotes, customer details, and follow-ups.

Who are we looking for?
- Established roofing experience — Around ten years of roofing experience is preferred, with roof plumbing qualifications highly regarded due to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Leak detection and quoting ability — The ability to perform leak detection and translate roofing knowledge into accurate, professional quotes for residential clients.
- Genuine passion for roofing and customer service — A strong customer service mindset combined with pride in the trade and a willingness to represent the brand well.
- Comfort with a mobile, client-facing role — Enjoyment of being on the road and engaging with multiple clients each day in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy — Decent computer knowledge and the ability to use technology confidently to manage quotes and customer information.




- Cultural fit — A relaxed, collaborative, and team-oriented personality that fits well within a young and fun team environment.
- Driver's licence — A valid driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles, as a car and fuel are provided as part of the role.
- Location — Candidates based close to the Melbourne office are preferred, given the requirement to return to the office in the afternoons, particularly during the first six months.
