We are seeking multiple reliable, motivated and detail-oriented people to join our on-site team in the following roles;

- Casual Housekeeping Room Attendants
- Part Time Maintenance Technician

In these roles, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our resort! These positions are ready to commence ASAP and offered on a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster. Availability to work weekends and public holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Room Attendant

- Ensure all guest rooms are presented with a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness with tasks including bed making, vacuuming, mopping floors etc
- Stock and prepare cleaning trolleys with chemicals and essentials as required
- Report any damage or areas needing attention throughout the resort to the Assistant Manager or General Manager.

Maintenance Technician

- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across the resort, including plumbing, patching/painting, and general handyman work
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and identify and address any issues or concerns




- Carry out regular preventative maintenance checks and implement proactive solutions to prevent future problems
- Assist with the set-up and maintenance of resort amenities and equipment, including daily pool maintenance, ensuring they are in top working condition
- Collaborate with the housekeeping, front office teams & external contractors to maintain the overall presentation of the resort

Who We’re Looking For

- Confident, service-focused professional who takes pride in creating standout guest experiences.
- For Housekeeping - previous experience in a resort or hotel environment is highly regarded but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.
- For Maintenance - Proficiency in the use of various hand tools and equipment, along with the knowledge to carry out both skilled and general maintenance tasks
- A people person with natural warmth, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to join an already amazing team culture.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members and understand workplace instructions and procedures.
- Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Successful candidates must be reliable, flexible, accustomed to working to timelines, possess a positive attitude and be detail oriented.
- Ability to work individually and Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities to handle a range of guest requests efficiently in a team workplace.
