Tower Architectural Door Systems designs and manufactures premium architectural garage doors for homeowners, builders and architects across Australia. From our Landsdale head office and factory, we build custom doors that are made to measure and finished to the client’s exact specification.

About the role

Our Design Consultants sell, and our measurers measure. You finalise. From the moment a client accepts a quote, you own the job: you confirm every detail with the client, order the door through our Field Pack system and keep the client updated until their door is scheduled for install.

This is a full-time role based at our Landsdale head office, reporting to the Sales Manager.

What you’ll do

Your primary focus: ordering doors and client updates

- Take handover of every sold job from our Design Consultants and check it’s complete
- Call each new client within one business day and be their main contact for finalising the order
- Confirm every selection in writing, including colours, finishes, door design, windows and accessories, with exact names and no guesswork
- Complete and cross-check each Field Pack against the quote, the client’s selections and the site measure




- Release orders to production and be production’s single point of contact
- Keep clients and builders updated at every production milestone until the job is scheduled

Secondary: sales support

- Help with sales enquiries when the team is at capacity
- Enter and follow up leads and quotes in SimPRO
- Cover the front desk, phones and walk-ins when needed

About you

- 2+ years in sales administration, order processing or project coordination, ideally in building products, construction or custom manufacturing
- Able to read and understand building plans
- Exceptional attention to detail: you spot the difference between a quote, a spec and an order
- Comfortable with simple measurement maths and working to clear processes and checklists
- Explicit, warm and prompt with homeowners, builders and architects
- You run many jobs at once and follow up without being chased
- SimPRO experience, or knowledge of garage doors or building products, is a bonus
