About the role

You're a full consultant from day one, start to finish. Take inbound enquiries and have real conversations about people's families, money and what they want protected. Ask the right questions, find the right cover, and guide them through the application.

Review existing clients' policies and spot where their cover should change. Work to weekly targets, with uncapped commission paid monthly. Monday to Friday, 9–5. Hybrid after probation — home when it suits, South Melbourne when you want the team.

About you

- Comfortable on the phone and quick to build trust
- Able to talk about money and hard topics with empathy,



and still move someone to a decision
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by targets
- Interested in helping people protect what matters to them
- No insurance knowledge needed
- No RG146 needed — that's the qualification you need to talk to people about financial products. We pay for it and it's part of your onboarding
