Botany Access Pty Limited are seeking a full time Sales Representative to join the sales team in New South Wales.

This is principally a business-to-business technical sales and account management role. This position is re-sponsible for developing and growing business as well as managing customer relationships for our range of Elevating Work Platforms (EWPs) and access equipment. The role combines business development, custom-er relationship management and technical equipment advice, including assessing customer requirements, recommending suitable machinery, preparing quotations and negotiating rental and sale arrangements.

- Identify and develop prospective customers, projects and new business opportunities within the as-signed territory.
- Visit existing and prospective customers and project sites to identify and act on EWP sale opportunities.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment based on working height, outreach, capacity, terrain, site access and intended application.
- Provide technical product information, specifications and sale/hire options, maintaining current knowledge of the company's goods,



competitor offerings and market conditions.
- Recommend appropriate products, systems, or services based on technical assessments.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, rental rates and commercial terms within delegated authority, fol-low up opportunities and convert suitable enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships (with existing and prospective customers), moni-tor changing requirements, identify additional opportunities and follow up to ensure customer satisfac-tion.
- Liaise with Hire Controllers, Operations, Transport and Service teams to coordinate the supply and de-livery of equipment and associated services.
- Monitor competitors, customer demand and provide relevant market, pipeline and sales information to management.
- Maintain accurate CRM / rental system records, quotations, customer activity, sales reports and au-thorised business expense records.
