Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and document the sales process in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. This includes updating customer information, quoting, tracking interactions, and managing follow-ups.
- Work closely with other internal stakeholders and sales managers to align and achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to quickly learn about our products and services.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
