Your current role An opportunity exists for an experienced Scheduling & Control Team Leader to manage a team of schedulers supporting a diverse range of infrastructure and technology projects. You’ll provide day-to-day leadership, maintain scheduling standards and remain hands-on with project schedules to support reliable delivery outcomes.

- Lead, coach and manage a team of up to 10 project schedulers.
- Develop, maintain and review project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Oversee scheduling quality, baselines, milestones and progress reporting.
- Identify project delays, critical-path risks and opportunities for recovery.
- Work closely with project managers to improve scheduling consistency and delivery performance.

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong hands-on Microsoft Project experience.
- Proven direct line management and team leadership experience.




- Background in project scheduling across infrastructure, engineering or technical environments.
- Sound understanding of critical paths, baseline management and schedule reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Primavera P6 experience advantageous.
