Located within Sydney Theatre Company, Walsh Bay Arts Precinct The Wharf Restaurant & Bar is seeking experienced and passionate Section Waiters to join the team.

From pre-theatre dining and busy restaurant service to private functions, catered events and opening nights, no two days are the same. We're looking for Section Waiters who:

- Have 2 years' experience in a similar role within quality restaurants
- Confidently manage their own section and deliver polished, attentive service
- Create genuine, memorable guest experiences




- Communicate confidently and naturally with guests
- Bring strong food, beverage and wine knowledge
- Thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments

Ideal candidates will:

- Be well-presented, qualified and detail-focused
- Stay calm, organised and efficient under pressure
- Be available evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Enjoy working across restaurant service, group dining and special events
- Have an interest in the performing arts, theatre and Sydney's creative community
