About the Opportunity/n This role is focused on delivering high-quality accounting and taxation services to clients. You will contribute to preparation, review and advisory work while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistent client communication. /n Some of your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Prepare and review business and individual compliance work, including income tax returns and related schedules
/n
- Support clients with bookkeeping oversight, reconciliation review and review of financial data
/n
- Monitor work quality and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
/n
- Professionally communicate with clients, including clarifying information and answering queries
/n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and use of cloud-based systems
/n About You/n The successful candidate will have: /n /n
- Previous experience in a similar role with confidence working directly with clients
/n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related discipline
/n
- Excellent communication skills with a professional manner /n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple tasks
/n
- Organisational skills, with the ability to complete tasks to a high standard /n
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn new skills quickly
/n
- A demonstrated commitment to meeting client expectations and timelines

- Experience working in an accounting, tax or bookkeeping environment

- Proficiency using cloud accounting tools and digital workflow systems

- Working with an offshore team /n
