Experience Requirements
- Candidates should have minimum 7 years of overall IT experience .
- Appian experience can be lesser , with around 2-3 years of hands-on Appian experience being acceptable.
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, workflow automation, digital transformation, or low-code platform development.
- Proven experience delivering complex Appian solutions across one or more domains:
- Banking and Financial Services
- Lending and Mortgages
- Deposits and Transaction Banking
- Customer Onboarding and Servicing
- Risk and Compliance
- Operations and Workflow Management
