We are seeking an experienced energetic Part Time Senior Building Manager to join our Company, for a long-term stable opportunity to support our client base.

At least 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred.

To be successful in this role you will be a great communicator, active operator and administrator who enjoys the balance of office administration with the activity of site and contractor supervision and issue resolution. The following attributes are beneficial:

Responsibilities will include:

- Manage property operations effectively in accordance with operational requirements.
- Manage, maintain & operate building management systems & equipment in an effective manner to ensure sustainable functionality.




- Provide exceptional & timely customer service & communication to internal & external stakeholders (tenants, owners, contractors, managers etc.)
- Complete & present monthly/annual reporting.
- Manage contractors & service schedules to ensure timely repairs & minimal loss of plant functions.
- Provide emergency after hours assistance where necessary.
- Proactive implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
- Supervise cleaning staff and provide cleaning inspections.
- Act to WHS and safe work method statements and all respective duties to ensure a protected working environment for all engaged parties.

Qualifications

We encourage applicants with technical background who have worked in the strata industry, facilities management, property, contractor management a trade or experience in a construction environment and are looking for a change in industry.

- A passion for Building & Facilities Management industry with at least 3 years experience preferred.
- Previous experience in the strata industry is a bonus.
- Ability to build solid rapport with Residents and Strata Committees.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a timely matter.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft suites
