About The Opportunity

It’s an exciting time to join imageseven. As we continue to grow our specialist Enrolments Practice, we’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced Senior Enrolment Managers and Enrolment Officers for multiple opportunities across Greater Sydney.

Our growing Enrolments Practice is helping schools rethink how they attract, enrol and retain students, ensuring more families can find the right school for them and their future.

These positions offer the opportunity to work in office within some of Sydney’s leading independent schools as part of our embedded teams. You’ll work closely with school leadership, enrolments teams and imageseven’s national network of education specialists to deliver exceptional enrolment experiences for prospective families.





We’re looking for accomplished professionals who understand that successful enrolments are built on strong relationships, efficient processes and exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Delivering a professional, welcoming and personalised experience for prospective families throughout the enrolment journey.
- Managing enquiries, applications and enrolment processes with accuracy, efficiency and care.
- Building positive relationships with prospective parents, students and key school stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate enrolment records and confidently using enrolment management systems and platforms.
- Coordinating enrolment activities, including school tours, interviews, assessments and events.
- Monitoring enrolment activity, maintaining accurate reporting and identifying opportunities to improve the prospective parent experience.
- Collaborating with school leadership and imageseven colleagues to support enrolment objectives.

For our Senior Enrolment Manager positions, responsibilities will also include leading enrolment operations, mentoring team members, contributing to enrolment strategy and driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and the overall prospective parent experience.

About You

We’re seeking experienced enrolments professionals who are proactive, highly organised and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding service.

You Will Bring

- Demonstrated experience in school enrolments, admissions or a comparable customer-focused environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,



with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with families and stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for prospective parents.
- Experience working with enrolment management platforms, databases and customer relationship management systems.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to take initiative.
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build trusted relationships.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
