The Portfolio, Performance and Delivery team sits within the Corporate Operations Group and leads the change governance service that supports how change is assessed, approved and monitored across the organisation. We focus on delivering a simple, effective and technology-enabled governance experience that strengthens controls while supporting business outcomes.

What role will you play?

In this role you will own and evolve the Change Governance Product, setting its vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver a more efficient, consistent and user-focused governance experience across the organisation. You will partner with business, technology, risk and delivery teams to identify opportunities for improvement, prioritise investment decisions, and ensure governance processes remain effective, scalable and aligned to business needs. You will lead the delivery of product enhancements, including data and AI-enabled capabilities, drive adoption across stakeholder groups, and use insights, metrics and user feedback to continuously improve customer experience, operational efficiency and risk outcomes.

What You Offer

- 5+ years’ experience in change governance, risk and controls, transformation or product leadership within a complex financial services or regulated environment.





- Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps and backlogs, prioritising investment and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience transforming operational processes into customer-focused digital products or services.
- Knowledge of change governance, risk and control frameworks, with experience using data and insights to support decision-making and product improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver outcomes across multiple teams.
