We’re partnering with a leading global technology and electronics business to appoint a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team.
This is a excellent opportunity for a self-driven lawyer to take ownership of corporate governance, compliance and commercial legal matters, working closely with senior leadership in a highly autonomous role.
About You
- 4+ years PQE, ideally with a corporate/commercial and compliance background
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused
- Highly self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable taking ownership without being micromanaged

- Provide commercial and corporate legal advice
