Rha Commercial® is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Bridgend with a hybrid working arrangement. You will manage cost planning, control, and reporting across rail and infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate forecasts and NEC contract compliance.

You will prepare BOQs, support tender evaluation, monitor budgets, and produce regular reports while collaborating with clients and supply chain partners. MRICS or progress toward chartership is advantageous.
