Are you an experienced Owners Corporation Manager looking for a senior role with genuine flexibility, a manageable number of buildings and dedicated support?

Our client is a well-established Owners Corporation business offering an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of high-rise residential developments across Melbourne.

With a salary of up to $150K + super, additional commission and a fully remote option, this is an prospect to focus on managing your portfolio and building strong committee relationships, with the administrative support to back you up.

The Opportunity

- Up to $150K + super
- Additional commission
- Manage fewer than 10 buildings
- Predominantly residential portfolio including Tier 1 and multi-OC developments
- Your own dedicated Associate
- Dedicated teams across all admin
- Hybrid working with 2 days WFH or a fully remote option
- Ongoing training and a collaborative team environment

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of complex Owners Corporations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with committees and stakeholders
- Oversee building maintenance, major works and contractor coordination
- Manage communication surrounding building defects, disputes and litigation matters




- Conduct committee meetings and AGMs with dedicated administrative support
- Work closely with your Associate and specialist support teams
- Ensure a high standard of service and effective portfolio management

About You

- Proven experience managing Tier 1 Owners Corporation portfolios
- Experience with high-rise towers, complex buildings or multi-OC developments
- Strong knowledge of Owners Corporation legislation and compliance
- Confident communicating with committees and managing challenging situations
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- StrataMax experience highly regarded
