Senior Product Designer for a 3-month contract in Melbourne , starting ASAP . Details are still being locked in, so for now I’m building a shortlist of solid operators who can drop into a product team and get moving quickly.

What I’m looking for

You’re probably someone who

- Can run end-to-end product design, from discovery through to polished UI
- Is comfortable with ambiguity, and can bring clarity fast
- Partners well with Product and Engineering (no theatre, just progress)
- Can simplify complex workflows and make them feel obvious
- Communicates clearly,



you can explain design decisions without a 40-slide deck
- Works well in fast-moving delivery environments

Likely day-to-day Depending on the product, this could include:

- Discovery workshops, journey mapping, and problem framing
- Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Design system alignment and tidy handover to dev
- Working closely with stakeholders to get decisions made

Melbourne based Melbourne-based is important. Hybrid is likely, and I’ll confirm the exact setup once I have it.
