With a $120M government project already tracking ahead of programme, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership, lead the team through to completion and set themselves up for the next major project.

This is an opportunity to step into an established project with solid foundations, a strong client relationship and a capable team already in place. With approximately six months remaining until completion, you can focus on delivering a successful outcome before transitioning into the company's substantial forward pipeline, including projects valued at $150M+.

The Role

- Take full ownership of the $120M government project through its final stages and successful completion.
- Lead, motivate and support the project team to maintain strong delivery outcomes.
- Oversee programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and project reporting.
- Build on the existing client relationship and maintain confidence across key stakeholders.
- Drive project performance while protecting programme, budget and quality objectives.
- Transition into upcoming major projects, with a robust pipeline of $150M+ opportunities.

What You Will Bring

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager,



Project Manager or Project Director.
- A track record delivering major construction projects valued at $100M or more.
- A Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction background.
- Strong commercial, programme and project delivery capabilities.
- Experience leading large project teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- The confidence to step into an established project, take ownership and maintain momentum through to completion.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
