About the role

Cowan Doors Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our Oakleigh South location in Victoria. This role is pivotal to our operations, serving as the central point of contact between our customers, field service teams, and internal departments.

As Service

Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and customer service delivery. This position plays a role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and quality service in the doors industry.

Key responsibilities

Scheduling and coordinating service appointments with customers and field technicians to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels, providing prompt and professional responses
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of service calls, customer information, and job documentation in the company database
- Liaising between customers and service teams to communicate job requirements, updates, and any changes or complications that may arise
- Processing service requests and work orders, ensuring all necessary information is captured and prioritised appropriately
- Supporting the management team with administrative duties and general office tasks as required

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a service coordinator, or similar customer-facing administrative roles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to customer interactions




- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software, including email, spreadsheets, and database management systems
- Customer service orientation with a genuine commitment to resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when addressing scheduling conflicts or customer concerns
- Experience in the service, trades, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable
- Familiarity with scheduling software or service management systems is a plus
