Ongoing Supermarket Maintenance Contracts

Roar Equipment is seeking reliable independent service technicians or established service companies to join our Western Australian contractor network.

We currently support more than 50 supermarket locations throughout WA and require contractors to undertake scheduled preventative maintenance, equipment servicing and repairs.

LOCATIONS

We are seeking contractors to cover:

Perth Metropolitan – Northern, southern, eastern and central suburbs, including Rockingham and surrounding areas.

Regional Western Australia – Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Albany, Kalgoorlie, Esperance, Karratha and surrounding areas.

Contractors may nominate specific regions they are available to service.

THE WORK

- Scheduled preventative maintenance of ultrasonic humidification equipment
- Reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration servicing
- Equipment changeovers, repairs and component replacement
- Off-site equipment servicing, cleaning and maintenance
- Fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance
- Occasional installations and system upgrades
- Completion of service reports and documentation

WORKSHOP REQUIREMENT Contractors must have access to a small workshop or suitable dedicated service space where equipment can be taken for off-site servicing, cleaning, inspection and minor repairs.

A large commercial workshop is not required. A clean, secure and practical workspace suitable for servicing equipment is sufficient.

SERVICE SCHEDULING





Maintenance visits are scheduled according to each supermarket's allocated service months under our established maintenance program.

Contractors have flexibility to organise their individual service appointments, provided all allocated maintenance work is completed within the required service months.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Independent technicians or established maintenance businesses
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing or commercial equipment servicing
- Positive mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability
- Own vehicle, tools and suitable workshop/service space
- Current ABN and appropriate business insurance
- Ability to manage scheduled service commitments
- Reliable communication and professional customer service

Previous experience with ultrasonic humidification equipment is not required.
