About the Role Wanneroo Mitsubishi is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.

As the link between our customers and workshop, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience. You will assist customers throughout the service process, coordinate repair and maintenance requirements, and work closely with technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and returned on time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming service experience.
- Manage service bookings and accurately schedule workshop appointments.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service and repair requirements.
- Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Liaise with Technicians and the Workshop Controller regarding vehicle progress and repair requirements.




- Provide customers with updates throughout the servicing process.
- Explain service recommendations, repairs, and costs clearly and professionally.
- Process invoices, payments, and service documentation.
- Assist in achieving departmental customer satisfaction and performance targets.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
- Intermediate computer skills and confidence using dealership management systems.
- A professional, positive, and team-focused attitude.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
