Key Responsibilities

As the friendly voice of our service department, you'll keep our technicians' diaries full and help customers get the most from their air-conditioning. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Answering service enquiries by phone and email, and booking in maintenance, repairs and warranty calls.
- Scheduling and coordinating technician diaries to make the best use of every day.
- Contacting existing customers to book their regular servicing and follow up on reminders.
- Recommending and selling upgrades, including system replacements, zoning, smart controllers and service plans.
- Following up technician recommendations and quotes, and converting them into sales.
- Preparing quotes and entering bookings, sales and customer details accurately into our job management platform.
- Liaising with customers,



technicians and the sales and installation teams to keep everyone informed.
- Resolving customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the wider team.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a service, trade or call-centre setting.
- Sales experience and the confidence to recommend products and close a sale with a genuine, helpful approach.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle bookings, calls and changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry, with good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Air-conditioning or HVAC knowledge is a bonus, but full product training is provided.
